Groove Funnels Review : What is GrooveFunnels?
GrooveFunnels (formerly known as GrooveApps) is a cutting-edge, all-in-one marketing platform for existing companies and entrepreneurs that are having trouble establishing and automating a visible online presence. Anyone who has ever started a company understands how time-consuming and expensive it is to get up and running. GrooveFunnels is a new program that streamlines and centralizes business marketing and online sales resources so you can build and maintain an efficient online presence without a slew of expensive and time-consuming integrations. GrooveFunnels' mission is to minimize startup time and cost by combining a growing number of marketing and management resources into a single platform.
GrooveFunnels Review: Features GroovePages
GroovePages is a feature of the GrooveFunnels software framework that allows you to create a multi-page website. Pages are set up in the same way that slide-show presentation systems like MS PowerPoint or Impress Presentation are set up. Basic members, also known as free-for-life members, have access to a small number of models, while Platinum members have access to several more.
GroovePages comes with a variety of tutorials. GrooveFunnels' parent company, GrooveDigital, provides a detailed guide for GroovePages beginners, which our GrooveFunnels review team considered sufficient to get us started. It helps if you've used MS Powerpoint or a similar presentation program before, as GrooveFunnels operates in a similar way. This makes browsing and configuring your GroovePages account a breeze.
GrooveSell
GrooveSell is an app that allows you to become a GrooveFunnels partner and gain money by promoting the software on your website or blog. You can also set up product options and pricing on GrooveSell, as well as build product funnels for your GroovePages.
GrooveSell offers some intriguing sales funnel choices. The ability to create coupons was one of the features that our GrooveFunnels review team praised the most. Since coupon codes aren't included in all funnel builders, we considered this to be extremely useful. Discounts will also persuade a consumer who is otherwise undecided to make a purchase.
The ability to build sales funnels for both upsells and downsells was another feature that our GrooveFunnels review team praised. This is an especially useful tool for me because it allows me to upsell to my highest-priced product and then downsell to the mid-range price point if the consumer declines. This could turn a sale that started at the lowest price into a sale in the mid-to-high range. This might not always be the case. Some customers will only ever purchase the cheapest alternative. It does, however, operate more often than you would expect, and when it does, it means increased revenue and profits.
GrooveAffiliate
GrooveAffiliate is a GrooveFunnels software that lets you create an affiliate program for your goods or services, allowing others to advertise your products on their websites in exchange for a fee. Take a look at some other products and companies that offer affiliate programs if you're not sure if this feature will be beneficial to your company. Giving consideration to how you will organize your affiliate program will aid in its success.
Another way to make money for GrooveAffiliate is to use it as an agent to advertise other brands. So, if you don't have a product of your own but know of one that you'd like to endorse, you can use GrooveAffiliate to do so.
GrooveMail
GrooveMail is a GrooveFunnels CRM software that lets you create email marketing campaigns with a simple tagging framework for segmentation and automation. GrooveMail doesn't need any integration, so you can import and manage your email contacts right in the app.
GrooveMail has a range of features that make it an effective tool for managing email marketing campaigns. You can use it to make new lists and assign unique tags to each contact. This makes tailoring the email marketing to various types of customers much simpler. If you have a paid membership program, for example, GrooveMail will help you categorize and segment paid members from the rest of your contacts. This allows you to give paying members membership-specific emails while also sending upgrade deals to those who have not yet paid for a membership.
GrooveMail also has the potential to create promotional campaigns and calls to action. If you're hosting a webinar for paying members, for example, you can give them an email with instructions about how to sign up. Around the same time, you can send an email to unpaid members informing them that if they upgrade in time, they, too, can attend your webinar.
GrooveMember
GrooveMember is a GrooveFunnels app that lets you create membership programs for your company, and almost any business can use it. A membership program can be offered if you're selling knowledge or coffee.
For example, I go to a coffee shop with a coffee club. I get one free coffee if I buy ten. This is something I'm interested in because I drink a lot of coffee. Now, since this is a small shop with almost no web presence, this is an in-shop offer; however, if the owner of this business set up a new site with GroovePages, redirected his current traffic to his new site, and created a specific funnel for the coffee club membership, he might use GrooveMember to automate sign-up and GrooveMail to create an email campaign offering current members a 10% discount.
Loyalty is a requirement of membership. Customers who have invested in the product are more likely to stick with it. GrooveMember allows you to do this for your company, and GrooveFunnels includes it as well. You don't need to pay for another service to do this.
GrooveVideo
GrooveVideo is a relatively new feature in GrooveFunnels, but it's quickly becoming one of my favorites. It allows you to embed video on your GroovePages that will play on the GrooveVideo player instead of redirecting to YouTube or another video site. This is significant because we are all aware of how convenient it is to get distracted when visiting other websites.
You've probably had the experience of starting a video and then looking down to see your suggested videos. You note that Mr. Beast, or whoever you like, has a new video in your suggested videos, and you've been looking forward to it for at least a week! You can't focus on something else once you see it, but once you do, you never return to the video you were watching before. This can also happen to your future customers. They'll get distracted by something they want on YouTub, Vimeo, or anywhere. This is why GrooveVideo has its own player, and it is one of my favorite features.
It is different for Basic and Platinum members, just like any other GrooveFunnels feature. Internal hosting is not available to basic members. This means that GrooveVideo Basic members will have to bind their videos hosted elsewhere to GrooveVideo. In addition, only Premium members have access to bandwidth for HD images. Both tiers, however, have the same encryption, and both can name and categorize their videos for ease of use.
GrooveBlog
GrooveBlog is a tool for creating and managing blog content for GroovePages. GrooveBlog is a completely featured blogging software with customizable themes, preset templates, and a royalty-free image gallery. You can even upload your own photos if you can't find what you're searching for in the album.
GrooveFunnels Basic members are limited to one blog and a small number of models. Platinum owners, on the other hand, have access to a much larger library of templates and can build an infinite number of blogs for their GroovePages.
GrooveKart
GrooveKart is a flexible online store builder that allows your customers to browse all of your items in one location, add them to a virtual cart, and pay securely. You can use GrooveKart to build and ship print-on-demand products, digital products, and even custom physical products (think custom jewelry).
GrooveKart enhances your GrooveSell experience by providing you with a shopfront to display your sales funnel items. Our GrooveFunnels review team concluded that anyone using other online storefronts, such as Shopify, could minimize profit loss with GrooveKart simply by removing the bite of per-transaction and shop fees. Furthermore, since GrooveKart is part of the GrooveFunnels network, a Platinum member with a profitable shop could easily pay for their GrooveFunnels membership by simply converting from a fee-for-service site to GrooveFunnels.
Groove Funnels Review: GrooveFunnels Future Features
GrooveWebinars, which will be available in late May 2021, will enable you to broadcast and schedule prerecorded webinars. With automated webinars, you can reach a wider audience without having to set up and run your webinars manually every time. Setup, automate, and show up for the Q&A afterward, or guide attendees to a FAQ page that has already been updated.
GrooveDesk, which will be available in late June 2021, is a function that our GrooveFunnels review team considered particularly useful. GrooveDesk is a multichannel helpdesk for companies using the GrooveFunnels app, with live chat, email, and help posts.
GrooveCalendar is an electronic date book that will be available in early August 2021. It will allow you to set a schedule for your leads and customers to book into. This software would be extremely useful for scheduling face-to-face or virtual appointments, and it could save time for businesses that provide in-person services, such as hair salons or car shops.
Groove Funnels Review : GrooveFunnels Pricing
Since GrooveFunnels is still a work in progress, getting aboard early will get you the best pricing. For Basic memberships, the GrooveFunnels Free-For-Life deal is still valid. After a one-time payment of US$1,397.00 or four monthly payments of US$497.00, Platinum memberships are guaranteed for life.
These discounts are only available for a limited time, as GrooveFunnels is about to switch to an annual monthly subscription of US$99.00 for Basic memberships and US$299.00 for Platinum memberships.
Groove Funnels Review: GrooveFunnels Training
GrooveFunnels has a large library of support posts, blogs, and videos available. There's also a GrooveDigital Academy where you can find guides, walkthroughs, and courses. These tools are incredibly helpful when getting started, but they aren't the only ones available. For some of their more complicated applications, GrooveFunnels provides in-app guides and manuals, and their Facebook group provides help from other GrooveFunnels users. You can even register for weekly live training webinars.
GrooveFunnels Pros & Cons
GrooveFunnels, like any other marketing app, has its ups and downs. I've mentioned some of the benefits and drawbacks that our GrooveFunnels analysis team discovered during our GrooveFunnels trial below.

Is GrooveFunnels the Right Fit for Your Business?
Whether GrooveFunnels is right for you depends on whether you believe the cost/benefit ratio is worth investing in a platform that is still in development. If you like the concept of getting a say in which features are created, and you see the product's true potential, now is the time to sign up. The price will never be lower than it is now, which is particularly true if you don't require anything more than a Basic Membership. Even if the features are restricted, you can't beat free.
Groove Funnels Review: Conclusion
GrooveFunnels is without a doubt one of the most exciting marketing softwares I've ever tried. I admire the work that goes into creating genuinely useful features, and I adore the fact that users have a say in which features are prioritized. I also have no complaints about the cost. Having said that, the program is still a little buggy, and our GrooveFunnels analysis team concluded that the platform's marketing was a little pushy. However, we all believe that the platform as a whole is a fantastic tool right now, and that it can only get better in the near future. In short, it's well worth your time, and there's never been a better time to give it a shot.
